14-day Return & Exchange period. All returns and exchanges must be done in fourteen days of receipt of merchandise. No returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.
Restocking Fee- There will be a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than damage or defect. Clothing may be exchanged for a different size without the fee.
Prompt notification of shipping damages - Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of package.
Call for Return Authorization number- Please call 207-873-2270 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number on the package before sending it back. Returns without a RA# will be refused.
Return Merchandise to The Clothing Gallery in the Original packaging to 48 Main Street, Waterville Maine 04901.
2-3 Weeks Processing Time- Processing of your return and exchange request could take 2-3 weeks.
